[Newbie] Nothing to download in CMP

I just installed TRS 20006, and installed the patch. Actually, I installed the game, played it, uninstalled it, and reinstalled the patch.

I have registered my serial number with Auran and created a profile (as you can see).

When I go to the Content Manager, the only thing I see are local assets, and any other search yields zero results.

For example,

Setting location to Download Station yields zero results.

Built-in gives me what I assume are the built-in assets (all 7732 of them). Setting the location to "all" has the same results.

If the download station has zero results, then either

a) something is misconfigured locally
b) something is misconfigured remotely
c) there is nothing to download (so, not a useful "download station").

I get popups saying the database is being updated, so connectivity does not seem to be an issue.

What am I missing?

Well, after poring over the README, I finally realized that I had to port forward my router on port 5250.

I apologize for wasting anyone's time, and a moderator should feel free to delete my post if necessary. I do wish that information was in the printed manual, though (and on Portforward.com, which I checked earlier).
