Newbie needs help please

Hi ive just installed my new Trainz sim 2010 Engineers edition,and i was wondering how you download new locos and routes and where you can find them for download and how install them? many thanks.

Before you can do any downloading, you need to register your serial number onto your profile (click Serial Number above to reach the correct screen)

Once done, you can then browse the Download Station using the Download Station link above, or visit http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php.

It is also possible to download content using Content Manager - someone else will be able to advise on that route.

yes first register your Trainz

In Content Manager (click on Content when Launching Trainz) there is a tab DownloadStation, that will list all items there (160,000 of them)

Then on the left is a Download Helper, drag an item from the DLS page onto the Download Helper then click start.

You are allowed a limitper day unless you get a First Class Ticket

Dont download too much though, some items may not work correctly in TS2010 without some minor fault corrections.
