I was wondering how many members we got in New York City,and if anyone would be interested in doing some railfanning,museum,etc...
For the most part I want to keep it 18+ so that there is no trouble or risk of injury on railcars,under 18(be reasonable) you must have parents permission to enter rail equipment etc...
I am in the lower Bronx fyi.
