Now T:ANE I can get into
On the TV series "Mad Men" two of the primary characters, at one point or another, commute to work via railroad.
One of them lives in Ossining, New York and takes the NYC Hudson Line (though IIRC, the train is erroneously referred to as a PRR train) while the other takes the New Haven's eponymous route from Greenwich, Connecticut.
Unfortunately, being on a TV budget, all railroad action takes place aboard the trains, with no exterior shots.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of consists these two commuter trains would've had in the 1960-1968 era?
Any photographs of the real thing?
Thanks.
