New Posts not working

Over the past few months I have noticed that the NEW POSTS button displays as no new posts. Does anyone know a fix, I have tries everything with no luck.

I believe this is a function/flaw of the latest IE version, what browser are you using?

IE 9 on Win 64 Home Pro, which has caused so many problems with my website, had to go through links many times.

Several users with that issue are reverting to IE8.

Many thanks for replies, maybe I will revert to IE8 (or find the glitch with IE9) but I have to ensure that my website is correctly viewable to all versions, and 43% of my viewers have IE9.

Getting websites to work correctly with all versions of browsers is a major headache, but my statcounter shows all the browsers used so at least it helps !!

I suspect that there are problems with the Trainz Forum. The search facility is awful, (try searching for yesterday's posts, you need a keyword, how ridiculous) I get knocked off after 15 minutes, and I have the same problem you describe in IE9 and Win64. Other forums work fine.

Internet explorer 9 is the cause , You get about 2 attempts at clicking the new post button with or without being logged in . Once logged in the "quick links" "Today's post's" button works once then that's it !

You can use the IE "Tools" - "Safety" - "Delete browsing history" option to reset it and it will leave you logged in as long as you don't shut down the page .

I had the same problem with IE9 when it was first released. But since installing Win7 Service Pack 1 I have had no problems with the new posts function.

My ie9 is working with new posts as well now bit it did have issues earlier.

Yep New Posts with IE9 now working fine, first time I have seen new posts in ages, great time to catch up !!1

When ever you can't get in ... type in the Search box: "yesterday" "today" or "new posts"
