New Layout Weldon Valley

Landscaper
This is one of many layouts I have worked on since the first version of Trainz.
This is the first I have posted images from.
The layout is based on the fantastic UK Somewhere. I removed most of the boards leaving the coastal area. I then completely re-worked the track and topography. Added to the various villages and general scenery.
The line terminates at a small town beside a canal. There are three towns with Port Argyle being the largest station.

The images attached are 800x600 in size, enjoy them.

uk somewhere

Hello wasp1 , noticed that you re-worked uk somewhere to become your latest layout, I too d/l uk somewhere a long time ago but did not use it, due to 87 missing items that could not be found,...did you have many missing items ? did you find any of them ? , or did your re-work delete them all , I am still hoping to find them one day,....nice to see your new re-work, looking very good,...regards

2995Valliant,
Very expensive, the cost of a new fast computer as it is killing the poor machine.

colhad,
Yep top spot, Cornwall in Summer and only a few trains a day and the height of the GWR. You would need a great hobby to be a gate keeper, maybe a model railway :hehe: :hehe:

Oldie,
I normally try to get all the missing ones via the Content Manager. Once I have got as many as it could get I would then delete any others. As I downloaded it a long time ago I can't remeber how many were still missing.

I will try to add some more images over the weekend or next week. I don't get a lot of time to play these days. This great layout UK Somewhere really brings out what I remember of my visit to that part of the world in the 1980's. I have made a bout 5 layouts from this in various forms over the last year or so.
