Just call my Captain Rude
In the NSW Supreme Court on Monday, Justice Michael Adams ruled a fictional cartoon character was a "person" within the meaning of the relevant state and Commonwealth laws.
Now if a cartoon person is real under the laws therefore a cartoon train must also be a real train, wow if so we better not have any prangs or your end up in jail
Added to this the Australian Tax Office have issued notice to Mr M Mouse that he is wanted for not paying any income tax for the last 50 years.
And a Miss Granny has been charged by the RSPCA for and on going matter of assult on a white and black cat
