new CN Harrison yd photos

Hello all :)

I visited my former workplace last week. It was known for 100 years, as ICRR Nonconnah yd then, after1948, IC Johnston yard in Memphis, TN. Recently retired CN CEO Hunter Harrison had the yard completely rebuilt over the past 5 years, a $100 million + project.
It is now CN Harrison hump yard. The old yard was a flat classification yard.

Thanks, Mike

Interesting photos, Mike.

The clean and well maintained yard track and mainline is a far cry from what Guilford has left us up here in New England.

Here's a P&W on the joint PAR/P&W line in Worcester, MA

Rigby Yard in Portland, ME. Many of the yards look worse than this.

Typical condition of the mainline and the engines that run on it.
