Firstly, posting in uppercase is not going to get your problem solved.
Secondly, "FOR THE LAST TIME" is meaningless to me (and most probably everyone else as well) because this thread is the FIRST TIME I have ever seen a post from you.
Thirdly, now that Auran/N3V have cleared their backlog of help desk tickets, have you posted a ticket on your problem?
Fourthly, when you say "any ideas" - what ideas (or lack of) are you referring to? I recently passed through (technically under) New York on the Acela Express, but beyond what I saw from the train window I have no idea what your problems with the layout are?
Fifthly, doesn't your spell checker work either?
