Did you download the SP1 updates per the support topic that JR has made? Everything I have including this unit works great in SP1

There are no SP1 updates for SD80MAC Shell.
I don't fix other ppl models but my own.

I'm pretty sure there is if you follow the instructions at the top of the JR forum.

There are most certainly updates for both the shell and other related bits SP1 broke, merely CDP's you need to download and overwrite anything currently installed, then Commit these newly installed assets.
