Need PEV Tool Help (Txt2TGA)

I have downloaded and need a little help using it.

I have opened the texture file and edited it gimp then saved it as a bmp.

How do you change it back into texture format or how do you make it work so your reskin shows up?

To use the .bmp file that you created, you need to open Notepad and create a simple text file that has these two lines in it.

Primary=xxx.bmp
Tile=st

Then save this new text file with the filename xxx.texture.txt where xxx is the name of the graphic you edited in gimp.
