Need Illinois Railroad Museum Pictures

Klinger

The Chicago CTA guy
I find myself once again in need of pictures from the IRM.

Specifically, I need a picture looking in the drivers side window of the 2000 series cars they have stored there. The technical drawings from Pullman are, well vauge to say the least. It shows a normal passenger seat in the cab, but I did not take many pictures of the 2000's while I was there, so I am now in need of some. Anyone by chance have some good pictures of the 2000 series cars? I've seen everything at Chicago-L.org, but they don't have anything inside the cab

Well, whenever its convenient. If you could, I sure could use as many detail related pictures of the 2000's as possible. They are my next project. And seeing as my skills have changed a lot since the last time I built an L car from scratch, I want to see if I can top my existing equipment, while still making them compatible.

Call me the Gimmie Pig of pictures.

By the way, I don't suppose you will be on the Snowflake Special?

Ahh, well I'm looking forward to it. If there is any way at all to get some pictures sometime next week, that would be ideal. Once I get back after the Snow Flake, I leave for Utah. I won't have Internet in Utah, but I was still hoping to get some more of the modeling on the 2000's done while I was there.

Did you get a chance to make it up there yet?

I also need pictures of the CRT/CTA 5000 series cars (I think its car 52 at IRM) as it will be my next project
