Need help with uploading revised content to download station

I need to revise content that I have uploaded to the download station. I know I have to add an obsolete tag to the config file but need help on how to do it. I know how to edit the config file but have no idea how to add the tag.

Forget the obsolete tag it is ignored these days. You need only create a new version and upload that. It is no longer possible to delete an old version off the DLS.

John thanks for the response. The trainz staff suggested the obsolete tag but I willing to try your approach. What is the best way to create a new version which I assume creates a new kuid number?

In TS19 content manager highlight the original kuid and then content create new version. Dump the update in the new version.
