Need help with custom scenery

Okay So I recently purchased Trainz- The Complete Collection, & found some good stuff on the DLS, So where do I go to put it in the game? Also I have a Vista.

All DLS content will load into sim automaticaly via the CMP or DLH. If you downloaded via the FTP sites and you saved the CDP all you need do is open the download and follow the install info.
