NEED HELP QUICK: Possible virus in Trainz downloads (Need help with a/v scan)

Trend Micro Internet Security 2008

After a concern of mine, I did a full scan, and what came up was 14 of these in Summary report of week

Times: 16:06 to 16:11
Status: Ignored success
Threat Name for all: TROJ_Generic.DIF

Next is important
Infected file (all state in the Trainz folder(s)

Main question: Has my PC picked up a virus, or did my A/V stop the threats?

EDIT: When I go to solutions at Trend Micro, I get a connection error

Okay problem fixed, and you can lock this thread now, BUT I found a virus on these two files which possibly came from the DLS :193148:1264 & 4468:53007.
