Need Help Please

hi all

My friend got me Trainz 2010, i entered the serial number and product, and in the location purchased i entered "online" as my friend purchased it from online.
but i can not download it all i get is "An Error Occured", went back to enter it again (which can not do) and noticed i should have entered it as "Received as a gift", is there any way i can change it, so i can download game as can not wait to start playing it.

You probably need the "Help Desk" to fix this.

Hi,

The "Online" purchase requires the link to the 4 (or 5?) files you need to download.

The links are in the email that your friend received as acknowledgment of the purchase - thay are also in your friend's "order history" - that requires your friend to access the order history (i.e. log into Planet Auran) and pass them to you.
Do use a download manager for these files - they're big. You might want to burn them to a DVD for long term security...

He did send me the info (5 downloads) by email but thats when i get the error, will have to contact Help Desk as tomurban said.

Have you put all 5 files into a folder before running the setup?

It may just be a case of uninstalling (use the windows add/remove method) and re-installing. You could trry this as you may have to wait some considerable time to get a helpdesk ticket answered.

As you can post here, it seems your profile works.

Have you allowed the auran programs access through any firewall you have?
Have you installed as an Administrator if you're in win7?
