Need help finding an engine

Hi guys, im fairly new to the forums but i've been playing trainz for years, my favorite part has always been making my own routes. Anyways, recently i've been wanting to model a small route based on hellingly hospital. Problem is i want to find the engine first, then build the layout to suit (im one of those weird micro-layout people you see) but the issue is, i have scoured the download station and other sites looking for an engine similar to this

And i cannot find one even remotely like it. So i am forced to turn to you people. do any of you have any idea where i could find an engine like this? or even make my own? im no good at coding but i can model in blender, if someone could point me in the right direction of say, putting my own model over a pre-existing wheelset would that work? Waiting to hear back from you all!

Welcome to the Trainz, forums, Shunter123456789. I must say that your little electric shunter is a perfectly wonderful little engine, though I've not seen anything like it on any of the sites I've visited. The problem with putting your model over a pre-existing wheel set, I don't know of one of those of the right size, either.

Search for locomotives on the Download Station with "philskene" as the author. There are a couple of micro-switchers that might suit you.

You might also like the T:ANE toy layouts I've uploaded. Because content made in T:ANE does not show on the DLS you will need to use Manage Content to find them. Set the filters to author = philskene and name = T:ANE

thank you phil. the loco KDB DB01 is a perfect fit, not quite the hellingly hospital engine i'd hoped for but its still a 4 wheeled steeple-cab which is what i was hoping for. I think ill also take a look at some of your routes, i like the table top ones!
