Need help downloading

I have a problem with downloading from the DLS. Every time I try to download an asset that is larger than 2MB the download starts out OK and when the progress bar gets all the way over to the right the download speed starts to go down and goes all the down to 0.00 KBps and the download never finishes. I have sat here at the computer for hours trying to get missing dependecies and other content but no luck if the download is larger than 2MB. Anyone have any answers on this? Would appreciate any help...Thanks.....
 
Getting tired of DLS

I have been patently trying to get some downloads but for a month but DLS is always down.

Yea ,I know some are going to say how great it works for them and that's nice.It doesn't help me and my son.Either it will not load at all or like it is doing as of a couple minutes ago I get "server appears to be full".

I have a 1yr 1st class ticket and can't help but starting to feel I am being scammed.The days fall off the ticket,but I cannot use it.This smacks of a rip off..What drive me nuts is I read how others are having little or no trouble.
I have tried to find a fix but nothing works..I suppose I will try again in another month or so and see if it has been fixed..

I hear you. I never get any error messages or anything like that. The download speed just goes down to nothing and never finishes the download. I tried again this morning and 1 hour and 30 minutes it stopped again. I guess I will just be happy with the content that came with the program. I am in the USA, maybe I am just too far away for anything to happen like it should..Well take care and hope everything goes well for you.....

Tried the Helpdesk suggestion.Hope it works..Odd thing is it worked fine then one day POOF!!Everything stopped working.Something about servers being changed.It hasn't work since...Hoping that submitting my ticket to the help desk cures it.

Yeah, I have had trouble downloading files above 2MB size. I did use the Trainz Download Pro app and did get the larger files I was wanting. Lately I haven't tried to download a large file from CM3.2, as I'm afraid it won't work. Sure hope the help desk can help you...Good luck!!!
 
Sounds like a Help Desk issue.

I downloaded 102megs yesterday, including a few Ultra Treez files up to 9megs each with no issues. Took a few hours to complete but complete it did.

When asking questions you should include what version of Trainz you are using.

The TRS2006 CMP-DLH is working flawlessly at 3.98Kbs speed without a FCT...and it continues to download 100Mb overnight, all the while I am sleeping, and my PC monitor is turned off.

All night long I hear it downloading: Kerchunk, Kerchunk...then Mooooo !
 
downloaded 2010 problems

I purchased 2010 trainz and when downloading it got a error. Have search my hard drive for it, isn't on drive. I try to download it again and won't let me download it. Have post a ticket but haven't heard anything. Have look for a way to get in contact with Auran but haven't found one yet. Thank you if you can help.:(

You also have to remember that they are about 14 hours ahead so if you posted early in the morning in the US, they could very well be asleep or just getting into the office. Zec is great at getting back to you. You should hear back from him soon regarding your error.
