need help again re rail

hi problem with re-rail portal
it was working fine on a new route now it dosnt

have made a one board and put it on one train on line portal one long line derailed train nothing waited 20 min nothing
portal is set to re rail

works on old routes so have i messed up settings in driver or somthing
its the same with both re rail portals
have deleted portals from contents and re installed
