It must be a top secret commission, on a need to know basis ... and strictly only those with a need to know ... need to know 
.It doesn't look that hard to do; the only issue is that the only decent F40 model available is Payware, so someone can't just reskin it & send it off to someone.
Using JR's model the 'swoop' design is quite doable. In the 'stripes' design however you would not be able to have the ARN in the correct place.

PS, by the way it's just F40PH, no dashes. The dash come after the "PH" to signify other variants, and only with numbers following.
