Sorry for butting in for those living in or near Clifton Forge Virginia The C&O Historical Society is holding it's annual open house. With 71/2 in live steam rides/the only Allegheny 71/2 steam locomotive (will be fired up and pulling
passengers) There will be a real caboose pulling contest,(four person team)
spike driving contest,There is a replica Standard S-2 design signal Tower
(you will be able to go in and take picture from of the Amtrak to DC. This is on MAY 9 09 Saturday from 10 am on.
