can some tell me names of such type of buildings so i can create them in google sketchup

Maybe it would be helpful if you could post links to images of some of the buildings you like. Another resource you might consider is Open Buildings (<http://openbuildings.com/>) website, where there are illustrations of a number of interesting structures.

i like old style offices, shops, stations, hotels, resturants, cafe etc

Well, there are a lot, but keep in mind you should nightmode them to make them much more usable, especially those used as train stations or in an urban environment. Stuff without nightmode is kind of useless for a lot of folks, and many buildings look awesome at night anyway.

Lincoln Liberty/Philadelphia National Bank

Philadelphia City Hall (don't even try to use the one on 3DWarehouse though, as it's about 35,000 polys.)

Flatiron building in New York.

Take a look here for some other ideas - there's a lot of info on that site, and probably a lot of architecture you might find of interest.

yes i know and i try to add night modes to buildings but its much time consuming so it will be a slow process

Speaking of old buildings, I think that many passenger stations or terminals were the height of art and architecture and Trainz can't have enough passenger stations/terminals! If you want to build something that will evoke deep feelings and long forgotten memories for the love of trains then build one of the famous passenger stations/terminals. A few that come to mind are Grand Central Station, New York, Lasalle Street Station, Chicago and the most beautiful of all Union Terminal, Cincinnati.
