N3V Websites Down ?!

http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php (DLS [FTP]) and
http://support.auran.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=0 (Helpdesk)
are down.

Edit: I was in the middle of downloading via FTP .cdp content from the DLS
when I got an error message "This webpage is not available"

No joy here either. In my case I'm blaming the heat and humidity.

Hmmm. I'll trade.

I went to get the mail, meaning I have to walk up my shoveled driveway. The drizzle has turned what was a fairly clear driveway into a slippery hill. I made it up by climbing the snow bank and nearly planted my backside on the street when I got to the top. Going down wasn't so easy either.

Let's face it. It's February in New England. We're supposed to have weather like this.

It appears to be some kind of DNS issue. I was able to gain access the home page by putting in their IP address in the address bar.

How did I determine this...

Ran a CMD prompt and used nslookup domain name

This gave me the IP address.

I then ran Tracert IP Address and saw that the server is active.

I then pinged the IP address and it came back fine.

Conclusion it's an DNS issue.
