It's amazing to me how many times this has been said yet there are still people who don't get it......

Agree with that last comment. There have been several queries yet Auran plainly intimated the holiday period and people have had to repeatedly remind them of the Festive break. It might be that new members don't look at the appropriate thread section where Auran (very plainly to me) makes announcements?
