Here is a shot of the WP locomotives I use. Left to right, GE30B, SW7, F7x4, GP35x2. Only the first two are on the DLS. What we WPers (both of us) need now is WP steam. I am no rivit counter. Any existing steamer looking a bit like one used by Western Pacific, once lettered and numbered correctly, is good enough for me. Perhaps the main problem is the Tenders. In California WP used mostly/only oil. The tenders were not the vanderbuilt type used by SP, as a rule. Mayby specificaly WP tenders could be made.
Well, I can dream can't I?:o

I like this very much. Are any of those working on Trainz 12? I would like to get a real Western Pacific collection started, too.

on my site there is WP 94
WP 94 has a big history with the WP

*Edit
let it be noted that this is nothing like the REAL Western Pacific 94. I have been in the cab, I have walked across the tender, I have walked along side the boiler next to the steam domes. This is as close as it gets for not until someone creates a 3d model of the REAL 94.

*ANOTHER EDIT

for some reason I am in a skinning mood. I think I will look around of pictures online and see what I cannot skin. Maybe some 2-8-2's

Thank you for the link, I downloaded the WP 94, like I saw at the museum in Rio Vista back in the 80s. Also, grabbed the SN SD unit 5000, even though no such thing probably. I like SN, too. I have the SN steeplecab units. I really want to find GP units in Pearlman green, orange and silver, etc., and F units in those colors as well as F units in the pumpkin scheme. I use Trainz 12, so I am not sure if all that works with it. I am going to install the 94 and 5000 now.

Aparently #26 is not yet ready for down load. Coming "soon".
If it does not have an oil tender, it looks like #324 will, a nice new one.

#26 is one of the first things planned to be completed in 2013 (all that it needs done is the oil plug added to replace the coal pile on Ben's tender). I have plans to release it as a sample piece of a much larger pack of WP content.
