My TRS2009 Dont work

My TRS2009 doesnt work I tryev it on 2 computers and i get the samen error on them. I emailed Auran to to work out the prob 3 times and so far all i get back is a list of things to do which i did the first time. this is the error that i get...
The instruction at "0x00c6e36c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written"
This happened on openGL and directX and i tryed the game on 2 different computers.
Can any one help.

Ok, for us to be able to try and help you with the problem you are experiencing can you post the specifications of the two computers you are trying to run TS2009 on.

Include: Processor, Amount and Type of Memory, Graphics Card and Memory, Sound Card and the Operating System you are using.

I would advise uninstalling the game, then using a registry cleaner (such as CCleaner), and then reinstalling the game.

Did you disable your anti-virus during installation of TS2009 ? If not, try reinstalling with anti-virus disabled.

my specs

i am running an intell q6600 cor2 quad on a asrock p45 torbo mother board with 4 gig DDR2 ram and a PCI-e nvidia gforce 6600 vodeo card 256meg.
the other compter is a athlon64 4200+ on a Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 motherboard with 2 gig ddr1 ram and a PCI-E Gigabyte 7300gs 256mg vidio card.
both computers Have windows XP with SP3 on them but my Q6600 had vista at first it did the same thing on that as well so i did a format and put XP on it and got the same thing.
i have tryed to install it with the antivirus of and i use ccleaner each time i uninstall it.

Have you ran the Trainz diagnostic program to see if it shows warnings and/or failures ?

i have done a format of my computer and put an older copy of windows xp with sp2 on it and i still get the error. it is realy s@#%ing me up the wall.

I know this is frustrating, but try to hang in there. Have you installed the Windows Net Framework?

its working

i got the game to work.
it would not work on vista or XP but when i made my systen a duel boot with vista and XP it worked on Vista.
I dont know how or why but i am leaving my system as is now.
