Hello everyone,
This is my fist post! I have had Trainz for a while but I've never visited the forums until quite recently. I have some questions about the forums:
1) Are there any do's and dont's around the forum besides whats in the code of conduct?
2) How do you get the little pictures of locomotives by the username?
3) How do you create the signatures?

for the avatars go to "user CP" up the top on the left, then "edit avatar" in the menu bar, and you can choose frome there

Nonsense! I remember my "fist" post...yes indeed! I think it had something to do with fences...

Anyway; I'll let that first (fist) typo go, just to show how reasonable and benevolent I can be! To answer picture's questions though, I would endorse my good friend deeelare's suggestions, and the other questions are all answered when the user clicks on the "user cp" near the top of the forum page.

Okay, you've had your "gimmie", now go download that spell checker!

I see your first 2 questions have already been answered, as for your first: as long as one is respectful (ie not flaming, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation, etc) to all the other users, then that's really all one needs to do.

If you need anything else, feel free to either ask in the proper forum, or PM one of us, we're all willing to help a new hand out! :wave:

Welcome Aboard Picture.
We have a very basic rule besides the CoC.
Respect the Community, and they will respect you back.
We also prefer that people dont use Texting Slanguage, as most members cannot understand what is being said, and rather, it annoys people.
To select an Avatar, go to UserCP in the top corner of your screen on the red bar. Then select Avatar. There you can select whatever one you want.
Im sure other Members will be willing to help if you show interest.

Welcome to the forums Pic. To answer #1 don't ask a content creator when or if he/she has a release date for their latest project and don't be bugging them about it either. Looks like #2 and #3 have already been answered. LOL

Ok ill tell you how to do em but first off there are two choices, Do you just want a signiture or do you want it to link to your site ( Hint check mine )

DO remember that if you post a screenshot in any part of the Forum EXCEPT Screenshots , its size must not exceed 800 x 600.
DO remember that "advice" given here is ONLY advice, so if someone tells you to remove the graphics card from your PC and hit it with a hammer seek other opinions before doing it.

Thanks 0099, but I figured out how to create a signature. Oh and I don't have a website; yours is cool though.

@LGBMATT: Nice videos. I like City Of New Orleans the best. What was that route that you used in the middle of the vid where the passenger passes that freight?

I think my first post nearly 3 years ago now was something about starting my city tramway and thought I was doing well reaching 12 junctions (!). Came a long way since those first tip-toe moves into the water.
