My 1000th Post...Thanks for the good times, everybody!

Here it is April 25th 2009, and I am posting for the 1000th time.
This may sound dumb to some, but I would like to dedicate this post to somebody;
Chief Deputy Tommy K. Martin of the Douglas County Illinois Sheriff's Office,
He was shot in the line of duty some time ago, when two fugitives were on a spree in Douglas County. He protected me and several others, thank you Mr. Martin.

I would aslo like to thank all of you for the good times,
all the laughs, good stories, all of the support and I want to say that I've learned alot from all of you. Thank You!

I want to thank the following;
backyard, jadebullet, MAGLEVSX, LGBMatt, NS9708, wridenour, JimDep, GP118733.
You were all friends to me when I had none. I was in the transition of moving when I came here, with no friends. Now I have friends who have been very good to me. I have learned so much from them, especially backyard.

While I'm here on my thank you spree, I woul like to thank the moderators for putting up with me all this time!
And of course I want to also thank all my friends at the Monticello Railway Museum, they have nurtured my love for trains for as long as I can remember.
I want to thank my parents too.

So, while I'm here I would like to propose that we share some railroad stories too.
I look forward to hearing your story.
Anyone who needs a friend, just PM me.

Too bad some of the other newer members are only seeking post counts and are not concerned with the quality of their posts and/or threads ! Their contributions to the Forum and helping other members are minimal at best .

I have my views too you know, we all do.
I am still looking forward to your content. I no longer beg 401 out of anybody but you.
Please accept the fact that other people also get a little negative at times.
Does the first post look negative to you?
I heard in an episode of "Christy" today, "Fueding doesn't stop until one makes an attempt to stop it". I'll stop giving negative views.
But I feel your post was rather negative, and flame like, on a positive thread.
Most of my posts are good I think.
I'm willing to stop...are you?

We all go through phases on the forum, often those phases mirror the real life we live, and what is happening within. I have been a horse's a$$, and still am depending on who you ask, (my Mother would disagree), learning to act mature on the forums requires time and experience, just like everything else. Maturity is not synonymous with age.
 
One Up!

Just though I would post here with my 1100th! Been more than that as I was not at 1K at the beginning of the month, but not only did I get to the big K, but is the first time I post over 100 times in a month too! (am I bored?:o ). Someday when I get things organized and get back into creation mode, you will probably not hear much of me like this.

Congrats , and I must say I enjoy your posts , and they have much more community service than most . I especially enjoy your ' tell it as it is ' honesty . We will both probably face the " Banned " issue for our truefull posts some day , but until then please continue ?

I do try to help when I can, I also welcome members whenever they announce they are new, not to mention I also make them feel free to Pm me for help...is that so terrible, is that so "unhuman"?
I hate over running this thread with our ongoing arguement, but you refuse to PM me or take me off your ignore list.
