More signaling problems

Approach_Medium

Trainz Addict
Hello;
I am trying to signal interlockings (crossovers, diverging routes, etc) in TS2009.
When I place signals along a stretch of track with no turnouts, everything works as expected.
But, when I place a signal in approach of a turnout, which is also signaled, the approach signal will always read STOP when no train is approaching.

This screws up the whole circuit, since approaching this STOP signal, all other signals will reflect on its status, and not the actual condition of the line ahead.

Does anyone know how to get the interlocking signals not to remain in the STOP position when no train is approaching, so that the approach signals will work properly?

I realize that in true life, the interlocking signals are normally in the STOP position when no train is approaching, since the line has not been cleared by the CTC.
But since Trainz has no CTC, it is impossible to have truly prototypical signaling on CTC controlled track.

Thanks for any help.
