Monorail Trainz 2004

Ok,
I am almost positive that there is a post around here somewhere, I just can't find it. Can anyone tell me how to (Starting from scratch in 2004, no SP's) install and run the monorail?
Right now I am able to place and build a track but the actual Cab and Car will not load into 2004. A link or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I thought the monorail only worked in TRS2006.

Try user name JFE on the DLS. You will get all you need from there and it's all TRS2004.
