Modern MOW, track worker vehicles, etc?

anyone know where to get any modern mow vehicles for my layout such as the type of equipment used to replace ties, rails, etc? or any amtrak mow freight cars? i have one hopper and some of the amtrak mow locos from the dls but thats all i can find.

k i got it but i don't see any mow equipment. animated or not. just some animated people and construction equipment like bulldozers.
