I would like to invite all those who would like to attend to the "Model Railroads as Art: A Three Dimensional Thematic Exhibit" in St Petersburg, Florida. There will be two HO exhibits and one S exhibit. Come see the "Liberty Wagon", which is a patriotic display, sculpted in various media, surrounded by trains and accompanied by "Thomas the Tank" and friends. "The Battle of Gettysburg" depicts the three day, two mile long battle in a 4x8 display with two HO chasing each other on one loop. Finally, "The Fun and Disasters" American Flyer Display expresses the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of modern man featuring a combination of vintage and new American Flyer. Got an S Gauge train to run? All are welcome to bring a train to run on our 12x32 foot layout, transformers provided. All the displays have been built by Barry Laderer, Rick Moock, and Vern Schwieterman and will be on hand to answer questions. The Event information is as follows.

Yes, please do. Free admission, and if you have S gauge trains to run, you are free to run them on our nice layout.

interesting, there is nothing more that I like than seeing how trains played a role in history and development, which is the purpose of the show!;)
