You can add a point lever/motor in surveyor. Go to the route and then the session you are playing. Select edit route, track tab on the right, Middle button then find something that fits your needs from the list. Either a lever switch or motor point. I am wondering why it is missing. Worst case scenario. You may have to delete the entire point switch and replace it.
