Missing scenery

First off, I'm new to this! I have build 105766 installed. I have routes that have terrain but only have yellow squares with little to no tracks or trees, or grass. The one route is a Milwaukee Road Route the other is coal country which I purchased. Could be more, I only like the US Routes. C&O Hinton Division works OK. Maybe dependencies are missing? If so what are they and where are they? Computer is only an I3 processor but 3.4 GHZ. Video card 2GB DDR3 NVIDIA G FORCE GT 710. 8GB RAM.

Very common with routes to be missing assets, but should not happen with a purchased route. There may be part of it that did not get downloaded. To find missing assets, you can bring up Content Manager (Manage Content on the launch screen), set filter to "Routes and Sessions", find the route in question, then right-click it and select "List Dependencies". In that list click the "Status" column header and the missing assets will come to the top. You may find many that say "Available for Download", click the top one, then shift-click the bottom one to select them all, then right-click and select "Download". If they do not say "Available for Download" but say "Unknown" for the name, they are not DLS assets and then the search begins....

Tons of assets missing. The list says on many, Unable to download asset please see your My Trainz Login details. What does that mean?

Hi afrocket474
For the Milwaukee Road Avery Drexel route, to be able to use this route it must be purchased from the Trainz Store (either as part of the TANE Deluxe Edition, or the TANE Platinum Edition/Bundle, separately). In some cases, the route/assets may be installed within the TANE SP4 release, however to be able to use them you will still need to have purchased access for the route.

For the Coal Country route, it sounds like the route may have only been partially installed. To resolve this you will need to re-install the DLC pack.

You can find the steps to re-install DLC packs here: http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php/Help:In-game_Downloading#Reinstalling_DLC

The folder names will start with 'sc444' for the Coal Country route.

YES I HAVE!

No need to shout, but even if you did enter in your details, you may want to ensure your firewall isn't blocking TRS19.exe, and that your antivirus program isn't quarantining the downloads. We recommend excluding your Trainz TRS19.exe program and folder, as well as, your data folder from antivirus real-time scanning not only for this reason, but also for performance reasons as well. Antivirus programs will halt, scan, and read every image, mesh, and script as its loaded because all these files are kept in archives and unpacked on the fly. This constant hammering at the data by the antivirus program will cause truly awful performance, and in some cases also corrupt things because files will be moved to quarantine.
