missing kuids

How do you find them? I'm new at this and I have know clue were to look. I'm trying to get the kuid for the Ns dash 9 and sp or bust's SD70-m and csx sd70ace. Thanks,Landon

EDIT - I'm not sure if it is resolved, but the bogie for the weathered CSX SD70Ace may not be available....
