Missing KUIDs for Sodor3D Train Neil

Hello there,

My son has been trying to get a Sodor3D model working on his copy of Trainz 2009 and frankly its driving me crackers as having looked at the Content Manager etc I haven't got a clue what I'm doing and why this train won't work... (well I have a bit of a clue hence this cry for help - I've got so far and got stuck)

I've found a really useful Youtube Tutorial video that has taken me so far...

I've downloaded the Neil.CDP from the Sodor3D website and saved it to a file. I've then Managed to open it within the Content Manager and found the S&M Number 2 'Neil has the yellow jigsaw. having used the download helper I've found the two missing KUID's but the urls can;t be found at the download station (a common enough problem I uderstand having done a websearch). :'(


So my question is... do these KUIDs exist anywhere, and if they do how do I get them so my son stops asking me to download this and that train for him (as they all seem to have missing KUIDS)!!!

I have read that I may be able to replace the KUID with other ones... but that just sounds horribly complicated.

If anyone has downloaded Neil I'd be really grateful for some help so I can at least get something right for my son.

Find the 2 assets again in cm and r/click and view asset versions, then view in main window. Download the latest version.
If that fails post the kuid numbers.

The two KUID numbers are Kuid:268447:6071 and Kuid:268447:2454. I don;t get any option to download any latest versions I'm afraid... but I don't really know what I'm doing tbh. The Asset Version for S&M Number 2 Neil is Kuid:268447:2453 if that helps anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Having some old geezer trouble here, never heard of "Neil" so I had to ask one of the grandcritters, who confirmed it is a loco. Can't tell if I've been banned from SI3D forums or the password changed, but I can't get on there now. Looking at http://si3d.jimdo.com/ I can't find Neil in the list, you have a download link?

Anyway looking for author = #268447 shows that's skarloey123, 2454 don't show up in my content manager, but the other is Percy's Bogey,<kuid:268447:6071>

Most 3rd party websites are a bit disorganized and that one is no exception, often you have to download assorted packages or other locos to get missing dependencies. So download Percy (he's a Really Useful Engine anyway, might as well) and that will give you the bogey.

For the other, dunno - what I usually do is clone anything that's not working and edit with content creator - that will show what the missing KUID is, bogey, interior, engine spec, horn sound, whatever so you can replace it with something else just to get it to work. Might as well byte the bullet and learn how to use content creator to repair stuff, an awful lot of Trainz downloads will have missing KUIDs or something that needs to be fixed.

The KUID is Clive and Neils Bogey and requires you to download Clive obtain this dependencie
