Missing Kuid

It's a Bell and Horn for the EMD SD70ACe created by Norfolksouthern37. I found it easily in my CMP TRS2006.

Hi Dave,

I have Jointed Rail's EMD SD70ACe, but it doesn't have kuid2:45324:54001:1, however, I solved the problem by substituting a different horn sound in the loco that had the missing kuid.
