Missing Kuid (with website address)

Hello, I recently made my collection of NJDOT/NJT Collection and found a route NJCL from Trainzcommuterrail.co.cc
The missing Kuids are

Unknown Location: <kuid:71619:38031>
Unknown Location: <kuid2:102657:7:127>
Unknown Location: <kuid2:173286:1100:1>

Note: I'm using TS2010 EE Native Mode

Bill (Slave-Driver) - best place to try is USLW, though I can't find 1100:1. If it should be 11000:1 it's an enginespec, but a lot of USLW content is currently unavailable as the new owners redecorate...
