Hi I am starting this new thread to see if anybody can help with a problem I have. I downloadedthe stanier black five 5mt from the old trainz classic.co.uk website, but when I tried to download the cmp on contant manager it would not download, there were missing dependencies. They are kuids 44090: 57089, 44090:4, 44090:68. Can anybody help me with these missing kuids. Also everything I download from the trainz clasic website does not download in contant manager all of them have missing contant. Is there any way I can get content for trainz classic 3 that will download on contant manager, (ie) the green class 45 peak loco and the large logo class 40 mumber 40145. hope somebody can help. thank you.

The 68 is build 2.8, you should find that using cm. I suggest the 89 kuid should read 98 also in cm. The :4 one I've no idea.

All of the dependencies needed are either in the download or builtin. How on earth can you screw up something so simple? Download it, drag the *.cdp to CMP and commit the assets.

To mr paul Hobbs. We all cannot be experts on Trainz like you. I already did what you said and there were still missing dependencies so it would not load. Instead of getting on peoples backs, why don't you try and help.

I did try to help. Instead of getting on with creating new content I installed the Black 5 into TC3 exactly as I described and all the dependencies were there. It's not possible to get the problem you are describing if you are doing what you say you are doing (which I doubt).

Mallard,

If you are installing the loco into TC3 then you should find that all of the dependacies are presnt. If you installing into 2009 then you will find missing dependacies as some are built in to TC3. The solution would be to open the dependacnies that are shown as missing in Content Manager in TC3 and then go to Content Manager in 2009 and use the 'import content' option and browse to your 'open for editting' folder in TC3 and pull over the dependancies that you need.
