Missing dependencies?

I downloaded Port Ogden 2a last night (US) And there were missing dependencies that I did find however there are still a few missing. My question is.... Do I HAVE TO have them or will the route function with out.. most seemed to be texture errors...

The other question is I saw a map of this route on this forum someplace but can't find it ATM can anyone point me to it

It should run even if missing textures.
For maps search the DLS for PortOgden&Northern 2a and the rapidshare link is in the description.
