Missing assets in Trainz 2010

Hello Everyone.
My simple problem is that I just installed Trainz 2010 and I have all stuff installed (my assets) but many of them dont appear on the list in Surveyor. I can see them present in Content Manager and they are not faulty.
For Example. I managed to get maglev into the list by marking it as fovourite but I have no way of marking my tract as favourite.

What could be the possible solution for that?

It defaults to enabling a content filter for 'favourites'. Open the options page from the 'Main Menu' button, choose 'Surveyor Settings' and turn off 'Only display favourite content' at the bottom.

Also, on the routes and sessions pages, there is a star at the top of the list that toggles the filtering of favourited routes/sessions (and a star next to each item in the lists that allows you to favourite them).

Thank you so much. I have been in Options so many times and I have never realised that option was there!
