The third and fifth ones may be in one of TrainzItalia's Sherman Hill routes.

wmm1216, I should have said the second, third and fifth assets. The second asset is named Sherman, the third Donner (Which is payware, but the Sherman Hill routes had a lot of Donner textures, grasses, etc.), and the fifth one sounds like Laramie, WY, where the Sherman Hill routes are set....
