Microwave towers make locos obsolete

American railroading has suddenly had a burst of innovation. An SD40-2 BNSF 'Heritage' loco by Euphod (kuid:7592:900001), looks like it has been made obsolete by a microwave tower (kuid2:7592:900001:2 and again with kuid2:7592:900001:3).

I think I'd rather drive a loco than a microwave tower, but then again, nothing's faster than electromagnetic radiation!

I'd be interested if anyone can confirm what I'm seeing in CM3.

My bad, I'm sure. Probably easier to change the kuid of the locomotive for you than the towers. None of which are very high quality content to begin with! What would you like me to do?

Ed, I suppose a new edition of the loco, with a different asset number in the kuid, and which obsoletes the original loco via the obsolete-table would unscramble it. What do you think?

Since you are probably the only one using it, (or at least....the only one that noticed), and changing the loco will probably not affect as many routes as the towers ;) , I find myself agreeing with you. I shall do just that as soon as I can. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I'm well known for my shoddy and sloppy work!:o

That's why I let CM do the kuid number!

Which CM breed, Whitey? Which of them? :hehe:

I constantly have to tell younger CM3 not to take over older was-first-here CMplus's functions when assigning kuid numbers. CMPlus is the ruler on my system.

And if given the case, let's go startrekking eletromagnetic... :hehe:
