Hello everyone! I am having a problem with opening my MS work. I get this massage (MSWORKS Caused an access violation inhpz3r 5mu.dll at ox 5004 aa0a.) What dose this mean and can it be fixed ?

If you have the original disc that MS Works came on, then I would un-install MS Works, then do a clean re-install. (MS Works has nothing to do with Trainz so it shouldn't be affecting Trainz's in and way).
Wouldn't hurt to run Scandisk thru your system. I'd also defrag the HDD (Disk Defragmenter).
You could also download, install & run CCleaner; - http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ - (run the top two left hand icons; Cleaner & Registry).
