How about try reskinning one of the F40PH's out there like the free one on the DLS?
i dont know how to reskin, even if you guys teach me i still will not know what im doing

Try some more, there are many tutorials to follow online.

Same with me. I started about 2 months ago and I have come a long way. I was so bad that I didnt even know how to use the reskinning program! But when I kept practicing I got better and better. Like what 817TAYLOR said. Ya gotta start somewhere...
Ok where should I start...
Download PEVSoft Mesh Viewer. It will help you. (Meshes are .IM or .PM files. PM2IM will help as well.)
Download Paint.Net, Gimp, Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, or all of them.
Look for a file called "Map1 (or 2 or 3, ETC) .tga (or JPG, or BMP), or Main (1,2,3) one of these will be the actual locomotive.
Edit the textures, save frequently, and check MeshViewer often so you dont do the whole thing then realize you screwed up a long time ago.
That's basically the basics.
