A few photos. I started working on the scenery fom Spuyten Duyvil to Mott Haven. I plan on getting down to Grand Central by the end of the week.

Morris Heights and Roberto Clemente State Park.

Well after some good time spent working on this route I need some people to test it and let me know how I can make it better. I am looking for about 3 or 4 people who live in the New York City/Jersey city area who know the lines in my route. Please PM me if you feel up to the task.

Well there are a Few: The Hudson Line from Mott Haven to Yonkers, NEC from Penn Station to secaucus junction, the NJT line from Hoboken to secaucus junction, and some CSX/NS lines around Jersey City.
 
so its basically a NY/NJ teaser.....the Hudson so far looks good but the scenery could use just a teeny bit of touching up but if u have problems with the track layout with MN google MNRR track map and you can download a PDF layout of the MN system
 
Just to let everyone know. This route is not done. But if you want to try it, PM me and I will send it to you. I work on this route almost everyday, so it is changing a lot. All you have to do is PM me and you can have it. The only thing I ask is that you let me know how you like it.

lol actually Im still downloading the dependancies but i took a look at the route and the layout....did you use a track map? cuz it looks perfect...I added a workshop at Highbridge and the line is great

Yes I used a track map and also google earth. At highbridge I am going to add a work shop after I do Grand Central, that I hope to get down real soon.

I made a few revisions and i know some Youtube vids that can halp out alot...and can help u with the GCT part you'll get it done quicker and better....as for the different levels what are u gonna do about that?

Grand Central I will have no problem with, I have the blue prints and track maps for Grand Central, and have personally walked around the tunnels and tracks. I have used many youtube vids, and I will not make two levels.

Im up the Harlem Line at Fordham....but I spend alot of time on the other lines too....i spend alot of times looking at trackmaps and stuff
 
Hey Flyboy, the screenshots look great! Is this route an individual layout or did you use Surveyor to edit the Harlem Line and keep building from Bronxville to Grand Central Station?

I noticed some new trains in the third photo down, here:

In that pic,the NJT alp 46 and the cars behind it were reskinned by me,and the M7 in the background was reskinned by me as well(if thats the LIRR version)

This is an individual layout. If I could go back in time I would have made it part of the Harlem line. When I started the route I only really wanted to make the empire connection, but thing took off and here I am.

we could keep building north from Haven....cuz that is the part i know by heart ;) but my comp would die on that but Im willing to take the chance.....but I wanna learn content creation so I can learn how to make passenger enabled stuff....btw your route is phenominal....dont stop the work
