Does anyone know were some good non DLS Metra locomotives,cars can be found and Amtrak Trainz Group shows that they have Metra cars and stuff but they dont.. This is VERY frustrateing for me

On the DLS there are some very good Metra content. Were I you, I would search "metra" on the DLS.

Where do we say that we have Metra stuff available? I don't know of any anyone in our group is working on.

If you were to actually search the DLS for "Metra" you would find that there is a small handful of stuff on their.
