X'Trapolis is on several Australian Trainz Discord Servers I've seen, Tait train, one is on Paulz Trainz website which is payware, and other I know someone is making new one but I have my own one for use but it's WIP.

also there are CE van made by stefmiz but I haven't been able to find them any help would be greatly appreciated

From memory the Taits and there is Metro X'Trapolis trains available on the Hotbox discord server, I already posted the link early in this thread
