MAP VIEW

One of my TS2019 Routes has locked into Map View & I have been searching how to get back to the normal route display. It appears to have locked the sessions also into Map display although have not looked at all the sessions yet. I has been looking at the Map display in my last route build session. I guess a button has been pressed causing this lock at least I hope so. Any suggestions appreciated.

I am not aware of any key that would lock the display into Map View, but Trainz can be full of surprises.

From Surveyor there are two ways to enter Map View:-

1. from the Camera Menu select Map. To return to normal Surveyor view select Roaming or press 4
2. by zooming out. The map will change to Map View at a certain height. To return to normal Surveyor view just zoom back in again.

If you have tried both these methods and the problem still persists, try to determine if it is just the one session of that route or other sessions as well. Then fill out a bug report at https://n3vgames.typeform.com/to/xRdryu

Thanks pware for the advice & I managed to sort it by zooming in to a location of the map & it changes from map view to terrain. In over two years never knew that so I agree surprises are around.

Glad it worked out. I am now looking forward to all the surprises in store when Surveyor 2.0 makes its first appearance.
