Maintaing attachment height during rotation

When rotating or moving an asset with attachements set up in PEV's Attachment maker, the height set reverts to 0. I've tried raising the attached track mesh and setting the original Z height of a fixedtrack to above 0 to no avail.

Anyone got ideas?
